Refund policy
If your item is faulty we will honour the NZ Consumer’s Guarantees Act and any relevant NZ consumer rights legislation.
If your item does not fit properly we will exchange within 14 days of being returned to us, providing that the item is still in the original/unused condition with all labels/tags still connected.
As this is an online store sometimes the appropriate size in the same product might not always be available and if this is the case we can look at exchange or refund, if there is an exchange and there is a price change there will be a refund or a charge accordingly.
We will require you to arrange and pay to send the item back to us for a refund, if there is an exchange we will not charge to re-send the replacement item, excluding the below.
Helmet sales are final – because of the safety issue we cannot return or exchange.
Boot exchange will incur return freight back to you charge due to box size.
If we have supplied the incorrect item by mistake we will offer a full refund and return freight paid by us.
All refunds will be processed through the parts3@cyclespot.co.nz and will be processed back the way original payment was made.
