There is a distinct pleasure in clearing out the showroom floor, dimming the lights, and opening our doors to a community that genuinely appreciates beautiful engineering. Last week, we had the privilege of hosting an evening centred around MV Agusta inside The Garage here at CycleSpot Auckland. Supported by excellent catering, gourmet pizza, and fine drinks, the atmosphere carried a quiet, sophisticated hum.
We were fortunate to have Adam from MV join us to share where the brand is heading. For us as a dealership, the most encouraging takeaway was his focus on the hard yards happening behind the scenes. They’ve been radically sorting out their global supply chains to streamline parts and elevate the ownership experience. It’s exactly the kind of practical, long-term commitment that gives us the confidence to back these machines and look after our riders properly.

Adam also gave us a look at their ambassador rider project for the Enduro Veloce. He shared a film of the bike off-road, and it was quietly impressive. Seeing an MV handle the rough stuff with such poise and capability right alongside the heavyweight adventure brands we all know so well was brilliant to watch.

But the real privilege of the night was pulling the covers off the 2024 Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro. This particular machine is number 035 of just 500 in the world. Sitting under our lights, draped in that deep, lustrous red with its sculptural winglets and iconic tail section, it absolutely commanded the room. We see a lot of incredible machinery come through our doors, but this was a timely reminder of why we do this: for the pure passion, the storytelling, and the privilege of sharing these gorgeous machines with our local riding community.
These extraordinary bikes, including beautiful specimens from the Brutale and F3 lineups, will be on display at CycleSpot for a limited time. We invite you to come down, see them up close, and experience their breathtaking design in person.
